We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all team scheduling and data entry for invoicing. office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include communication with clients scheduling and tracking work orders, posting and tracking invoices, Coordinating with contractors and maintaining excellent client and team relations. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain calendar for work orders, daily tasks,meeting, special requests and housekeeping.Design the office procedures with efficiency and organization in mindCollaborate to create, update, and maintain office proceduresrecord and track invoicesCoordinate job bids and services for pricing with clients , vendors and service providersAssist team in field with home checks or other duties as neededAccurately maintain general office budgetQualifications
High school diploma / GED required, some college preferredPrevious experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferredUnderstanding of office systems and proceduresSkilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and OutlookExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasksStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills
