D1 Training Downtown Orlando is looking for aspiring strength and conditioning coaches to join our internship program. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the D1 coaching process, training systems, and performance philosophy in a dynamic, high-energy environment that serves youth athletes, adults, and elite performers.Our goal is to develop the next generation of professional coaches by providing a comprehensive learning experience that bridges the gap between academic knowledge and real-world coaching application.Responsibilities
Assist coaches during training sessionsHelp set up and break down equipmentEngage with athletes and members in a positive, energetic wayShadow lead coaches and gradually develop confidence in leading warm-ups and drillsAttend team meetings and development sessionsMaintain cleanliness and safety standards in the facilityWhat Youll Learn

Currently enrolled in (or graduated from) an Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Performance, or related programPassionate about strength & conditioning, fitness, and athletic developmentWillingness to learn, ask questions, and receive constructive feedbackExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCPR / AED Certification (preferred but not required initially)
