Position Summary

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President & CEO serves as the strategic and operational leader of Enterprise Minnesota. This individual will lead the turnaround, revitalization, and growth strategy, ensuring financial stability, organizational resilience, and market relevance. The CEO will bring visionary leadership, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset to re‑imagine the organization’s revenue model, strengthen client relationships, and expand service offerings beyond traditional funding channels. This hands‑on role requires decisiveness, creativity, and the ability to inspire and mobilize staff, partners, and stakeholders through change.
