Requirements:

• BE/ BC Hematology-Oncology
• KY medical license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Partnership eligible (buy-in after 1st year)
• Base salary (guaranteed 2years)
• Full benefits, including 401k and profit sharing
• Sign-on bonus (up to $50k)
• Relocation assistance (up to $10k)
• Medical malpractice with tail
• Residency stipend
