Meat / Provisions Buyer

Job Description

Restaurant Depot, a national wholesale restaurant supplier is currently seeking an experienced meat / provisions buyer for our West Coast Corporate offices, located in Anaheim, CA. Previous experience from a broad line food service distributor desired. Should be well versed in daily market trends, local suppliers and vendors, have a broad knowledge of meat & provisions.

HACCP knowledge also a plus. Should be experienced in cost analysis, margin control, vendor negotiations, ordering and all facets of procurement of product. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar environment with a background in purchasing / procurement desired.

We are a wholesale operation and not open to the general public. This position is based out of our corporate offices in Anaheim, CA.
