Your key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate, timely KPI reporting for the US Healthcare channel, delivering insights that drive performance.
• Analyze complex data sets and transform them into actionable insights through compelling dashboards and presentations.
• Activate channel segmentation storytelling by turning raw data into clear, strategic narratives for internal and external audiences.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting and showcase analytical best practices to support ongoing business evaluation and decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to inform strategies and accelerate business outcomes.
• Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement through innovative analytics and learning.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $97,600-$150,000.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
