A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I - Provider Services.
Key Responsibilities
Receives and responds to routine member and / or provider inquiries and concerns in an accurate and timely manner
Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated by resolving issues during the initial contact
Documents all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Entry-level position with little or no previous experience required
Preferred experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs
Call center experience strongly preferred
Completion of 6-8 weeks call center training is required
