As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the healthcare location's needs.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or security-related concerns.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons, to Allied Universal management and / or designated client representatives.

Support access control measures at designated entry and exit points as required by site-specific protocols.

Assist with the implementation of emergency response plans, including evacuations and / or drills, as directed by site leadership.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors within the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
