Join a supportive, mission-driven team at Building Connections Academy (a special education nonpublic school with location in Concord and Martinez, CA), where we help students grow, learn, and build independence.

About the Role :

• Hours : In-person, Monday - Friday, 8 : 45 am – 2 : 45 pm.
• Pay : $22–$28 / hr (based on experience, certification, and education).
• Certification : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required or willingness to become certified within 90 days (paid training included!).

As a School-Based Special Education Paraprofessional, you’ll provide 1 : 1 behavioral and academic support to students with autism and other developmental differences. You’ll help students develop communication, social, and life skills while fostering a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment.
