Compensation : $150K – $250K + Competitive Equity

About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Scientist who can own outcomes , not just models.

You’ll define, predict, and move the company’s core metrics—switching seamlessly between hands-on analytical work, product experimentation, and high-stakes business initiatives.

You’ll partner with engineering on technical projects, lead cross-functional ops workstreams, and brief enterprise stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.

This is a high-autonomy role for someone who’s low-ego, relentlessly curious, and energized by intense, high-leverage work.

Tech stack : SQL, Python

What You’ll Do :

• Own strategic projects end-to-end : scope, analyze, prototype, ship, measure.
• Build models and decision tools that directly impact growth, unit economics, and operational throughput.
• Define core metrics & data sources so teams can answer complex questions in real time.
• Turn internal workflow data into throughput forecasts, bottleneck detection, and automation roadmaps.
• Prototype AI / ML approaches (e.g., outcome prediction / optimization) with engineering.
• Ship external-facing data products and present insights to Fortune 100 partners.
• Work directly with leadership on trade-offs between speed, quality, and profitability.
