Assistant Director Key Responsibilities :
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the school
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reportingEnsure compliance with state childcare licensing regulationsStaff Management :Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for teachersManage and ensure the proper training of all staff membersCurriculum and Program Development :Assist in the implementation of a high-quality educational program
Ensure that the educational programs meet the needs of all childrenSupport teachers in creating engaging and effective lesson plansFamily and Community Engagement :Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families
Address parent concerns and provide regular communication regarding their child's progressPromote the school within the community and participate in outreach activitiesHealth and Safety :Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors
