Position Overview :

• Implement a scripted math curriculum while strategically differentiating instructional methods to ensure engagement and success for all 4th-grade learners.
• Design, administer, and analyze formative and summative assessments to diagnose student misconceptions and implement data-driven instructional interventions.
• Interpret achievement metrics and assessment data to clearly document student progress and report outcomes to both administration and parents.
