Job Position Summary
This position involves a range of responsibilities across several areas including data and digital literacy, environmental protection, operational excellence, partnership collaboration, employee health and safety, asset protection security, EHS training delivery, risk management, process improvement, influential communication, and transportation operations. The candidate will be responsible for :
- Data and digital literacy : Knowledge of data collection, analytics, and technology changes.
- Environmental protection : Understanding of environmental policies and procedures to evaluate pollution and manage compliance.
- Operational excellence : Familiarity with organizational processes, SOPs, and OBW to explain and describe operational functions.
- Partnership collaboration : Skills in stakeholder identification, communication, and engagement to deliver project activities.
- Employee health and safety : Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety auditing processes to ensure compliance and safety.
- Asset protection security : Understanding of asset protection policies and practices for theft prevention and security breaches.
- EHS training delivery : Ability to support training programs and manage systematic feedback approaches.
- Risk management : Skills in risk management processes, assessments, and reporting to identify and mitigate risks.
- Process improvement : Knowledge of critical workflows to identify and implement process improvement methods.
- Influential communication : Skills in organizing thoughts, presenting information, and actively listening to build professional networks.
- Transportation operations : Knowledge of laws, regulations, and safety rules regarding materials transportation and compliance.
