Job Description

EHS Compliance Manager Key Duties :

• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage safety initiatives including emergency response, spill response, incident command, and personal safety programs.
• Oversee regulatory compliance areas such as wastewater pretreatment, hazardous waste management, emissions tracking, and agency reporting.
• Develop and deliver training programs to build employee awareness of EHS policies, standards, and requirements.
• Support and manage projects focused on improving safety, compliance, and risk mitigation within the manufacturing environment.
