Dispatch Goods is the leading a circular packaging system for the food industry—designing and sourcing reusable, injection-molded, food-grade products such as PP meal containers, bowls, lids, cups, gel ice packs, and bulk pails. We’re hiring a rockstar, relentlessly persistent Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to support global supplier relationships and keep our supply chain running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inventory forecasting and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) across reusable packaging SKUs.
• Drive timely ordering of packaging and components from overseas suppliers (China, India, Vietnam).
• Issue and track POs, monitor production timelines, and coordinate freight and inspections.
• Identify and qualify new vendors for injection-molded PP, silicone, gel packs, and related categories.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for key suppliers and freight partners.
• Maintain supplier performance metrics (lead times, quality, OTIF).
• Manage customer-specific procurement orders and communicate updates with vendors, freight brokers, and customers.
