An elegant long term care, skilled nursing facility located in the  Harrison, NY   is looking for a compassionate and professional  Assistant Director of Nursing  that will be responsible for assisting in the leadership and management of the Nursing Department.

Responsibilities :

• Assist and / or perform direct resident care as needed or directed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of state and federal regulations governing nursing home operations.
• Serve as an advocate for residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and well-being.
• Monitor and assess the quality of nursing care provided to residents, ensuring adherence to established standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
