Launch Entertainment North Attleboro is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Part-Time Event Specialist to help make birthdays, team outings, and group events truly unforgettable! You'll work alongside our Event Coordinator to make sure every celebration is prepped, runs smoothly-from check-in to cake time-and that every guest leaves with a smile.

This is a part-time role (around 20-30 hours a week) that may include some weekends and evenings. It's a hybrid position, and we're looking for someone who's flexible and ready to jump in whenever the team needs support.

What You'll Do

Welcome party guests with energy and a smile.

Keep events organized, on schedule, and packed with fun.

Set up, host, and wrap up parties to keep things running smoothly.

Recommend and promote delicious food, drinks, and exciting add-ons.

Keep event spaces clean, stocked, and ready to go.

Deliver food and supplies from Krave to event areas.

Track event details and communicate with your team.

Handle guest questions or issues with positivity and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

You're 18 or older and bring enthusiasm to every interaction.

Customer service or event experience is a plus.

Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with guests of all ages.

Great communicator and quick problem solver.

Able to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.

Available to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
