Schedule : M-Th 8 : 00AM-11 : 30AM

Location : Martin & St. Lucie Counties, FL

Overview :

ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking a compassionate and motivated Employment Consultant (Job Coach) to empower individuals with disabilities in achieving their employment goals. In this vital role, you will provide one-on-one support, training, and advocacy to help clients discover their strengths, build job readiness skills, and connect with meaningful, sustainable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct intake assessments to identify each client’s unique skills, needs, and career aspirations.
• Develop individualized employment plans with clear, achievable objectives.
• Provide training in job search techniques, resume writing, interviewing, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers; advocate for client placement.
• Support clients on the job site with accommodations, coaching, and skill-building.
• Offer ongoing encouragement and problem-solving throughout the employment journey.
