KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiencyManage and resolve customer complaints using active listening and solution-oriented approachesMaintain a high volume of client interactions with accuracy, courtesy, and follow-throughCollaborate across departments to facilitate timely updates and issue resolutionStay informed on product offerings and customer service procedures to provide accurate assistanceMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent2+ years in a fast-paced customer service environmentPrevious call center experience requiredSkilled in conflict resolution and multitasking under pressureStrong written and verbal communication skillsCORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk – preferred)Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)Multi-line phone systemsEmail ticketing systemsInternal knowledge basePREFERRED SKILLS
