One and done 1-hour onsite interview with the Customer Care teamTraining Program :
2-week classroom (8-4 : 30pm) - MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND THIS!!3-week side by side with subject matter expert2 months of "nesting" to make sure they are very comfortable in the roleHours :
Monday (busiest day) : 9 : 30-7pmTues-Thurs : 10 : 30-7pmFriday : 10 : 30-6pmNO WEEKEND HOURSTwo 15 min breaks, 30-min lunch every dayPath for Growth :

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client - leading insurer, risk advisor, and technology provider for the jewelry industry. The location of this position is based out of our clients Neenah, WI office. After a training period and performance expectations are met this role has the option to transition to a hybrid model. Responsibilities include :
Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our client and its products with the goal of outshining the competition with amazing customer care.Responds to omnichannel requests, providing support to customers, jewelers, and agents.Assists customers, jewelers and agents with inquiries, updates, and claim filing, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.Listen actively to customers to identify their needs and aim for first-call resolution.Utilize dual screens and multiple programs efficiently.Maintains consistency in adhering to all customer service performance metrics.Has a drive to meet goals and continuous professional growth.
