Reports to : Production Manager

Cooperates with : Production, Accounting, Sales, Shipping, Vendors, etc.

Primary Responsibility : Department lead for Paint, Pack and Ship for the MIRATECH Prior Lake facility on 2nd shift.

What You'll Do :

Lead and coordinate daily 2nd shift activities within the Paint, Pack & Ship area to meet production goals for safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Provide direction, training, and support to team members while fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.

Ensure all processes are completed according to ISO 9001 : 2015 standards and MIRATECH procedures.

Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection, certification, and shipping records.

Operate and oversee use of paint equipment, packaging tools, saws, nail guns, cranes, and PCs for order fulfillment.

Monitor and perform routine maintenance of warehouse and paint equipment.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization across all work areas.

Act as the point of contact for shift performance issues, troubleshooting, and communication with leadership.

Other duties as assigned.

What Qualifies You :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in paint or shipping operations.

Previous leadership or lead experience strongly preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Forklift certification or experience preferred.
