- Should have strong API knowledge; a background in travel is a bonus but not essential.

- Highly desired Industry-specific knowledge (cruise, booking, e-commerce) for this role to reduce ramp-up
- Leadership over offshore teams (India, Colombia)
- Management and Scrum experience but not necessarily high-level automation expertise
- Preferably a background in cruise, travel, or related e-commerce to minimize onboarding
- Ability to handle direct feedback
- Thick skin and strong, genuine personality
- Spanish speaking would be a nice-to-have, but not required (90% of team speaks Spanish)

JD : Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead to join a dynamic technology team. This role will partner with another individual to co-lead quality assurance efforts across three agile teams spanning offshore and nearshore locations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Co-lead QA oversight for three agile teams alongside.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to offshore QA teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met across booking, e-commerce, and cruise-related platforms.
- Drive test planning, execution, and reporting in alignment with sprint cycles.
- Support scrum ceremonies and agile delivery practices.
- Handle direct feedback with professionalism and adaptability.
- Contribute to process improvement and QA strategy development.
Qualifications :
- 10 15 years of QA experience, including team leadership.
- Strong background in manual testing and QA process management.
- Experience managing offshore teams and working in distributed environments.
- Industry experience in cruise, travel, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Ability to navigate direct feedback and maintain a collaborative, resilient approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine and confident presence.
