• Operations Manager Job Location : Middleton, TN 38052 Job Type : Onsite About the Role : Must-haves Valid driver's license Ability to physically maneuver throughout the mine and plant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Required Skills Leadership and management Production planning and management Budgeting and cost control Quality, health, safety, and environmental program implementation Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Relevant computer software programs Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills Mining and leadership experience Engineering background in mining or similar field Project management skills Systemic thinking and problem-solving Years of Experience : 10+ years of progressive experience in mine supervisory / management, with at least 5 years in a management role Alternatively, 7+ years of experience in maintenance with a high school diploma or GED Industry Experience : Mining industry experience, particularly in production and maintenance Experience in a similar field, such as engineering or operations management Education Requirements : Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences or Engineering Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience At BVTeck, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and fostering an inclusive work environment.
