What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Service Representative at XPO
Minimum qualifications :
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends

Order stock and any immediate part needs and reconcile special order partsConduct inventory process such as cycle counts, reconcile and controlAssist mechanics with parts and supplies for the shop and equipmentPerform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing and responding to emailsCheck parts for delivery accuracy, check-in parts and store appropriatelyProcess invoices by correcting any issues and submitting for payment as well as communicating payment updatesCheck and reconcile reserve parts and non-moving parts on a monthly basisEnsure parts room is clean and organizedReconcile and address warranty itemsProactively identify orders that are in jeopardy of falling outside of planned eventsEscalate issues as appropriate and notify the customer of orders that are in jeopardy of incurring assessorial costs and offer alternative solutionsCoordinate requests for service recovery, diversions and special handlingCustomer Service Representatives are required to :
