Paid Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas & New Years Day)After 90 Days - You choose your personalized Colonial Life Benefits Options - Year 1 Company Pays $25 per pay period ($650 Annually) $25 per pay period increases each year (Yr 2 - $1300 Annually, Yr 3 - $1950 etc.) Employee pays any additional coverage above and beyond what Restoration 1 contributes each pay period.1 Week (40 Hours) Vacation after First Year. (2 Weeks Vacation after 2 Years and 3 Weeks Vacation after 5 Years of employment.)Restoration 1 provides additional IICRC Trainings based on our assessment of employees capabilities for additional certificationsAfter Hours Bonuses on top of hourly wagesResponsibilities
Perform production / restoration process per work order and crew chief instructionsInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms / areas for work activitiesLeave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansQualifications
IICRC certification (WRT)- not necessary!Experience in cleaning / restorationExperience serving commercial propertiesValid driver's license & dependable transportationClean Driving Record (Cannot have DUI or multiple moving violations-per Insurance)High school diploma / GEDMust be able to pass a criminal and drivers license background checksPhysical Requirements
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning products / chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryCompensation : $20.00 per hour
