Job Title : Industrial / Environmental Designer for Workplace Transformation & Facilities Modernization

JANSON is seeking an Industrial Designer / Environmental Designer for its Facilities Modernization & Workplace Transformation Group. This position will be located in our Atlanta, GA office. Start : Immediately

Clearance : Secret (Must be clearable)

Job Summary : As a member of the Design Team, you will be responsible for translating the mission & vision of our clients into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and efficient designs which meet project requirements. Working closely with the design team and interdisciplinary project teams (graphic designers, content developers, fabrication specialists, etc.), you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and productive work environments. Your expertise in interior design, space planning, materials selection, and detailing will be crucial in delivering exceptional workplace transformations and facilities modernization projects.

Responsibilities :

Design Concept Development :

• Collaborate with the design team to understand the client’s vision, objectives, and functional requirements.
• Create innovative design concepts, incorporating space planning, layout, furniture selection, materials, and finishes.
• Develop supporting documentation and presentation materials to communicate design intent effectively.
• Present design concepts to JANSON Design leadership and clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
