We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to oversee and optimize NetSuite applications for a hospitality-focused organization in Palmetto, Florida. This role requires a proactive individual who can streamline workflows, improve system performance, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to manage system configurations and integrations.

Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions, custom forms, records, dashboards, and saved searches.
• Monitor system performance and collaborate with NetSuite support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Design and implement automated workflows using SuiteFlow to enhance business processes, including approvals, notifications, and alerts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements, translating them into system configurations or specifications for developers.
• Develop and maintain customized reports, analytics, and dashboards to provide actionable insights, with a focus on Finance and Operations.
• Facilitate system integrations using APIs or middleware solutions, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
• Lead initiatives for system upgrades, module implementations, and enhancements, while evaluating third-party applications to meet project objectives.
• Provide training and create documentation to support end-users in maximizing system functionalities.
• Assist HR teams with tasks such as generating reports, updating system configurations, and managing settings.
• Act as a resource for handling escalations or providing backup support during absences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of experience managing NetSuite applications in a business environment, ideally in a mid-sized organization.
• Advanced knowledge of SuiteFlow, saved searches, form customization, and role configuration within NetSuite.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business teams to identify requirements and implement improvements through system configurations.
• Familiarity with system integration concepts and experience using middleware tools to connect NetSuite with external platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop tailored reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Experience with HR systems such as Pro or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage cross-functional collaboration and project execution.
