Location : Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), NJ

Telework : Up to 20% remote (80% onsite)

Clearance : Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain) required

Hours : 0600–1530 (core), may flex 0500–1730, Mon–Fri

Overview

\n

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Industrial Engineer to provide engineering and technical services in support of the Prototype, Manufacturing, and Test Department (PMTD) at NAWCAD Lakehurst. This position supports mission-critical Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and Support Equipment (SE) programs including EMALS, AAG, ARC, Low Loss Launch Valve overhaul, and Cross Deck Pendant qualification. The successful candidate will bring deep manufacturing process expertise, workflow design experience, and production engineering skills to ensure high-quality outcomes for Navy fleet readiness.

Responsibilities

The Senior Industrial Engineer will :

• Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes including workflow, cost analysis, human factors, and logistics.
