Job Description

The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will :

• Manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to align construction activities.
• Oversee adherence to safety regulations and quality standards at all project stages.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Resolve conflicts or challenges that arise during construction to keep the project on track.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

A successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction should have :

• Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership skills to manage teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• A track record of delivering high-quality residential projects within deadlines.
