Job Description
The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will :
- Manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to align construction activities.
- Oversee adherence to safety regulations and quality standards at all project stages.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Resolve conflicts or challenges that arise during construction to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

- A track record of delivering high-quality residential projects within deadlines.
