What a Community Engagement Specialist does :

• Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to identify and engage with diverse community groups, local leaders, and relevant organizations.
• Organize and execute community events, workshops, and informational sessions to raise awareness about LifeLine's services and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with community partners, cultivating long-term alliances that support LifeLine's objectives.
• Represent LifeLine at community meetings, fairs, and other public forums, delivering compelling presentations and fostering positive public perception.
• Gather feedback from community members and partners to inform program development and ensure LifeLine's offerings are responsive to evolving needs.
• Prepare detailed reports on outreach activities, partnerships, and community engagement metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of community volunteers, ensuring their effective participation in outreach efforts.
