Job Title : Estimator, Commercial & Industrial (C&I)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $75,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role :

FindTalent is partnering with a leading organization in the electrical construction industry to find a skilled Estimator I to join their team. As an Estimator I, you will play a vital role in estimating costs for large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring that each project is delivered with high standards of quality, within budget, and on time. You will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive cost estimates that support the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical construction projects, including but not limited to telecommunications, high-voltage distribution, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop estimates.
• Perform field walk-downs with clients and construction teams to gather necessary information and assess project scope.
• Review and compare project documentation for consistency and accuracy.
• Support the project team throughout the lifecycle of the project, including assistance with change orders and cost tracking.
• Participate in the internal review process to ensure estimates meet client expectations and company standards.
• Follow up at the conclusion of projects to evaluate the estimating process and identify areas for improvement.
• Comply with industry-specific professional and ethical standards, as well as the company\'s business conduct policies.
