Job Description

AECOM is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Mechanical Engineering Senior Director to help grow and lead our Buildings & Places engineering practice in Tampa, Florida. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, shaping strategy, and making a real impact on innovative, multidisciplinary projects.

You'll take the lead on major pursuits, manage and expand a talented engineering team, and work directly with high-profile clients - including local, state, and federal agencies.
