Licensed Practical Nurse's Needed for Facility Staffing in Tucson Shifts needed :

• 8 hours and 12 hour Shifts  Daily Pay / Part Time / Flexible Scheduling NurseCore Benefits Include : Weekly / Daily Pay Options Facility Staffing  We work around YOUR schedule Friendly, Accessible Office Staff available to you 24 / 7 Health, Dental, and Life Insurance Responsibilities : Participate in the development and revisions of patient specific comprehensive assessments and care plans Patient and family education related to their disease process and care needs Collaboration with your patient’s care teams such as the physician, your supervisor, co-workers, and other medical providers associated with your patient Record and report changes in patients’ condition Use effective relationship management techniques in communicating with the patients’ family or friends to provide mentoring, advice, comfort, and release instructions Communicate updates of medical condition to Physician and Clinical Director All other duties as assigned Qualifications : ­ Current LPN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Arizona Current Fingerprint Card clearance Driver's License 1-year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse  Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association  Negative TB / PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience Who We are at NurseCore NurseCore is more than an agency, we’re a family.
