Maintenance Electrician

We have an urgent requirement for an Electrician position in Ashland, VA. Location : Ashland, VA Position Overview : Our client is seeking licensed Electricians to support installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for solar energy projects. This includes residential, commercial, and utility-scale work while ensuring full compliance with safety and code standards. Key Responsibilities : Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for solar projects Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues Ensure compliance with electrical codes & safety standards Interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines Qualifications : Valid Electrician license / certification (required) Minimum 2 years of professional experience Solar / renewable energy experience preferred (not required) Strong troubleshooting and safety focus Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits : Bonuses + ESOP plan Health insurance (company contribution) PTO & 401(k) Per diem for travel assignments
