Job Summary :
The Senior Director, Client Relationship Expansion is a pivotal leadership role at Mercer Advisors, charged with accelerating our commercial growth strategy through the empowerment of our advisors. This role is not just about enablement—it's about transformation. This role is a cornerstone of Mercer Advisors' enterprise growth strategy, designed to transform how advisors engage clients, activate data, and deliver commercial outcomes. We need a visionary leader who can translate data into action, insights into outcomes, and advisor potential into measurable growth.
This person will act as a strategic integrator across Technology, BI, Investment Strategy, and Wealth Solutions to ensure advisor-facing initiatives are cohesive, scalable, and impactful. Their mission : to unlock share of wallet opportunities and drive gross accumulation by equipping advisors with the tools, insights, and coaching they need to deliver exceptional value to clients.
This role demands executive presence, strategic acumen, and deep field credibility. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position that requires both analytical rigor and emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the field—able to influence strategy at the highest levels while inspiring advisors to elevate their commercial performance. The Director will be a trusted advisor to advisors—able to influence at the highest levels while driving results on the ground.

Work Schedule :
This professional role requires availability Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
Working Conditions :
