Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

    • Qualifications

  • Education : Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Licensure : Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Certification : Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Experience : Previous experience in outpatient primary care is preferred but not mandatory.
