Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Associate / Assistant to join our State Farm team. This is a part-time, on-site role working approximately 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support by organizing and managing office tasks
  • Contact current customers regarding late payments, missing documents, and underwriting inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments
  • Prepare and organize documentation for policy renewals and upcoming meetings
  • Assist with office inventory management and processing of incoming mail
  • Manage customer correspondence with professionalism and accuracy
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with a professional and helpful approach
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
