Provider Success Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Success Specialist responsible for supporting provider relationships and ensuring quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist newly approved providers with onboarding and training on operational tools

Serve as the primary support contact for assigned providers, conducting monthly check-ins and performance updates

Identify high-risk providers and assist in implementing corrective action plans while monitoring compliance standards

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in provider / vendor support, customer success, or operations (healthcare, transportation, or logistics preferred)

Data-driven mindset with experience in reviewing KPIs and performance metrics

Ability to manage multiple provider relationships and priorities effectively
