Key Responsibilities :

• Foster a seamless customer experience through proactive engagement.
• Process orders using order management software and collaborate with the Account Coordinator for accuracy.
• Master the ins and outs of Spectrum Business coax services, rates, and applicable taxes to maximize sales opportunities.
• Continuously enhance selling techniques by participating in training and practice sessions with peers.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Consistently meet and exceed performance standards laid out in the department's Standards of Performance (SOP).
• Actively participate in sales meetings to share insights and strategies.
