Overview
Senior Associate, Automation and AI Solutions join the CFO / F&A Transformation, Data and Technology team in the CFO organization at KPMG. KPMG provides audit, tax and advisory services across industries and emphasizes development, inclusion, innovation and client results.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in implementing Automation and AI solutions, focusing on AI / ML, Automation, and Agentic AI opportunities to enhance CFO processes and analytics
- Analyze data patterns to identify AI opportunities; conduct hands-on experimentation with AI platforms and vendors, and document technical specifications
- Collaborate with CFO teams and stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet strategic business requirements; support the Manager in project planning and implementation
- Contribute to change management initiatives by designing training sessions and office hours to increase employee proficiency in AI tools
- Assist in establishing AI architecture aligned with market trends and organizational standards; regularly update components to reflect ecosystem changes
Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience in AI solutions developmentBachelors degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field from an accredited college or universityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design systems that handle complex data sets; familiarity with current AI marketplace developments and ability to adapt architecture and components accordinglyProficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and SQL; experience with machine learning model development and data architecture; exposure to AI frameworks and advanced financial systemsDemonstrated experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques; experience in leading Automation, Agentic AI, and Generative AI projects offering guidance in design and implementation strategiesExcellent collaboration and communication skills to work with stakeholders, developers, and data scientists; ability to foster continuous learning and skillingMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the futureKPMG complies with all local / state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges and offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
