Overview

Senior Associate, Automation and AI Solutions join the CFO / F&A Transformation, Data and Technology team in the CFO organization at KPMG. KPMG provides audit, tax and advisory services across industries and emphasizes development, inclusion, innovation and client results.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in implementing Automation and AI solutions, focusing on AI / ML, Automation, and Agentic AI opportunities to enhance CFO processes and analytics
• Analyze data patterns to identify AI opportunities; conduct hands-on experimentation with AI platforms and vendors, and document technical specifications
• Collaborate with CFO teams and stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet strategic business requirements; support the Manager in project planning and implementation
• Contribute to change management initiatives by designing training sessions and office hours to increase employee proficiency in AI tools
• Assist in establishing AI architecture aligned with market trends and organizational standards; regularly update components to reflect ecosystem changes
