Immigration Attorney

• to join our legal team at our Marlborough, Massachusetts office.

• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in immigration law
• , with a strong focus on :
• Strong legal research and writing skills, including experience drafting motions and memoranda for EOIR
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and a high caseload
• Proficiency with digital client management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to
• Boston and Hartford Immigration Courts
• , as well as other Massachusetts courthouses
• Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus!
• Responsibilities :
• Provide direct legal representation before Immigration Court, BIA, USCIS, and various Massachusetts state and federal courts
• Prepare and file court pleadings, applications, and supporting documentation
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Interview clients, assess cases, and maintain consistent client communication
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on case preparation and management
