Description : Position Summary :
SNÖServices Part-Time Field agents oversee service quality at client sites, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and opportunities for improvement. This role involves field inspections, documenting services performed, and communicating with account executives (AEs) to enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
Responsibilities :
- ? Accurately track work hours in Paylocity by punching in and out as required.
- ? Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records for monthly expense reporting.
- ? Navigate and utilize the SNÖ Services native app for reporting and documentation.
- ? Record services performed at client sites for enhancements, snow, and landscaping operations.
- ? Understand and differentiate between standard and nonstandard service expectations.
- ? Identify potential enhancement opportunities on client sites and report findings.
- ? Complete miscellaneous site projects as requested by account executives.
- ? Communicate effectively with AEs to address service concerns and improve delivery.
- ? Adhere to all branding and safety standards while on-site, following Job Safety Analysis (JSA) guidelines.
