Overnight Supervisor
Under the supervision of the Management team, the Overnight Supervisor provides daily direction to the Outfitters on the overnight shift within the retail store, including sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, inventory management, and price change execution.
Essential functions include delegating tasks and work assignments to team members, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, maintaining visual presentation standards, ensuring nightly replenishment of sales floor, supporting inventory management, coordinating special events, carrying out supervisory responsibilities, staffing the department, ensuring all breaks and lunches are provided, and performing other duties as assigned.
Experience / qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of retail experience, and availability to work overnight shifts.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities include reading and analyzing reports, presenting information, conducting meetings and presentations, proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management, and inventory management systems, and strong interpersonal skills.
Travel requirements are not applicable.
Physical requirements include regular computer work, walking, and standing, and occasional sitting and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Independent judgment is required to perform duties within the scope of company policies, analyze problems, perform needs assessments, and make recommendations that affect policies, procedures, and practices.
