This position offers the flexibility of remote work or access to fully equipped office locations across the state. Key Responsibilities

• Represent employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters.
• Handle cases from inception through resolution, including appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Negotiate settlements and manage all phases of litigation in accordance with client goals.
• Maintain accurate case files and meet all internal and external deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and maintain compliance with firm standards and procedures.
