We are a fourth generation owner / operator of market rent apartment communities and are seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities :

Prepare vacant units for apartment turn over / make ready
Complete work orders in a timely fashion
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Perform general maintenance of building, appliances, and grounds
Must provide own tools and transportation
HVAC Certified Technician
