Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Manager in Boston!

If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a "Hunter Mentality"! This role would oversee a territory covering Boston and the surrounding metro area.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
• Position reports directly to the Branch Manager
• Meet and exceed your Branch Manager's expectations
• Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the Boston branch office

Compensation :

$60-65,000 base salary + commission + bonus

Commission averages $20,000+ in the first year with growth moving forward into future years

Guaranteed commission of $2,000 per month for the first 6 months

Quarterly bonus potential of $2,500

First year total compensation averages $90-95,000

Qualifications :

Prior experience in sales territory management

Industrial sales or capital equipment sales is a plus but not required

Experience with prospecting and building new business

Must have a current / valid driver's license with a clean record
