Location : Crete, NE

Pay : $20.00 per hour

Shift : 1st Shift

Job Summary :

We’re hiring dependable individuals for General Production positions in Crete, NE. This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team with consistent hours, weekly pay, and an optional daily pay program!

Key Responsibilities :

Perform general production, assembly, and packaging duties according to standard operating procedures

Operate basic production equipment and hand / power tools safely

Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging or shipping

Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety and quality standards

Assist with material handling, loading / unloading, and staging of products

Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and work instructions

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

Support continuous improvement and efficiency efforts

Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Benefits :

$20.00 / hour starting pay
