Position Purpose :

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Collector Car Consignment Specialist who will focus on acquiring net new clients for Barrett-Jackson. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with a passion for automobiles and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role will leverage cold calling, professional networking, and in-depth market research to identify and engage prospective clients, encouraging them to participate in Barrett-Jackson's auctions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively identify, research, and pursue new collector car clients through cold calling, industry networking events, and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the process of consigning or purchasing vehicles at Barrett-Jackson auctions.
• Stay current on market trends, collector car values, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for client acquisition.
• Attend industry events, car shows, and Barrett-Jackson auctions (as necessary) to network and represent the brand.
• Collaborate closely with the Barrett-Jackson team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to auction participation.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and pipeline activities using CRM tools.

Culture :

Team members are in the office five days per week, 8am to 5pm at the Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. During live events the company largely travels together to produce and ensure each event is a success. This requires weekend work and long hours.
