The internship program is a 10-week summer program from June 1st to August 7th, 2026, focusing on first-hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking. This internship presents a unique chance to immerse yourself in the maintenance and enhancement of investment reference data (securities, ratings, analytics, etc.). You'll play a key role in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance, crucial for various business functions such as analytics, risk management, and client reporting.
Your internship responsibilities will include :
- Generate and compile investment reporting packages from multiple financial data systems
- Validate and format reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and a professional aesthetic
- Evaluate reporting requirements from clients to build reports that meet their needs accordingly
- Research and resolve client inquiries and questions by maximizing resources such as our reporting systems, subject matter experts across the company, your industry knowledge and your troubleshooting skills
- Distribute regulatory reporting documents (audited financial statements, K-1, ADV, etc.)
- Handle Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Subadvised Compliance Reporting which may include broker commission reports, attestation letters, oversight questionnaires, certification of compliance with U.S. 1940 Act Rules
- Notify Subadvised Clients of trade errors (risk events), SEC audits, material changes to Code of Ethics, Form ADV updates, annual compliance program 206(4)-7 and 38a-1 Reports, proxy voting procedures and exception votes, pending legal matters, fair valued securities, and respond to Clients' ad hoc requests
- Liaise with global members of our legal teams, internal audit, trading and business development to provide answers to client questions and / or reporting
- Assist with fixed income monthly reporting, help senior management with regulatory reporting, and additional duties
- Carry out other duties as assigned

All candidates must currently be enrolled in a four-year university program pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or related field.A strong interest in Investment and Operational Data Management within the financial services sector.An eagerness to learn about product and client data management.A basic understanding of data operations and quality practices within a large financial organization.Open minded / curious and willing to ask questionsPassionate about providing excellent client serviceDesire to work and succeed within a collaborative teamCandidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.Nice to have skills :
Knowledge of database structure and data mappingIntermediate knowledge of mutual funds / financial services industryStrong interpersonal, client experience, and customer service skillsMotivated self-starter with an eye towards efficiency, automation, and client experience excellence.Financial information systems experience preferredCompensation information : The hourly rate for this position is $25.00. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. Candidates are responsible for their own housing and travel expenses.
