Pediatric SpeechLanguage Pathologist Temporary Contract Conroe Tomball TX

This clinician-owned and run pediatric private practice is now hiring a talented pediatric SLP for a 16-week placement . Join a mission-driven team that focuses on play and family involvement. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced clinician who is comfortable stepping into an active caseload with varying demands.

Position Highlights :

Start date : Late October

The assignment will begin with 4 weeks in Conroe, TX, followed by 12 weeks in Tomball, TX .

In clinic, pediatrics only

The Conroe caseload is primarily treatment-focused. Experience with Level 1 feeding is highly preferred.

The Tomball portion of the assignment includes a higher volume of evaluations alongside ongoing treatment sessions.

Candidates must be comfortable working independently and managing a shifting caseload between sites.

The clinical environment values professionalism, collaboration, and adaptability.

Support is available across both sites, though the role requires a high level of autonomy.

Compensation

Flexible compensation options : W2 Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) or 1099 contract role.

W-2 compensation : $30 per 30-min visit & $80 per evaluation

1099 Contractor Compensation : $32-$40 (DOE) per 30-minute session & $80 per evaluation
